Gypsy Rose Blanchard, released from prison on Dec. 28 after serving seven years for her role in the death of her mother, just welcomed an adorable new puppy into her home with husband Ryan Anderson. Gypsy introduced the 8-week-old baby Malshi puppy, named Pixie, in an Instagram video on Jan. 23, showcasing her fluffy black-and-white coat to the camera.
It is evident that Gypsy and Ryan decided to adopt Pixie so that they could have something to “both take care of” since they are not ready to have a baby yet. Gypsy explained, “So this is the next best thing.”
Gypsy also shared that the couple made their four-legged friend feel right at home. On their first night with Pixie, they went to PetSmart to buy everything the puppy could possibly need, but by the end of the night, Pixie was already sprawled out on Gypsy’s side of the bed like she owned it. Gypsy excitedly promised to share many more puppy videos and pictures in the future. This marks a new beginning in Gypsy’s life, as she enjoys her freedom and moves on from the past.
