Lenny Kravitz has expressed his excitement over his daughter Zoe Kravitz’s engagement to Channing Tatum. At the 2024 Critics Choice Awards, the rock legend spoke highly of Tatum and said he was looking forward to their wedding. He even joked about offering his own musical services for the event. Lenny also mentioned that Tatum often spends time with the family and they are close.
Zoe and Channing reportedly got engaged in October after dating for about two years. The two met while working on Zoe’s film Pussy Island in 2021. Lenny spoke about Tatum and how much he respects him, and noted that his daughter is happy.
This will be the second marriage for both Zoe and Channing. Zoe finalized her divorce from Karl Glusman in 2021, while Channing split from Jenna Dewan in 2018 after eight years of marriage.
Lenny’s fondness for Channing has been expressed previously. At the Critics Choice Association’s Celebration of Cinema and Television, he described Tatum as a great guy and mentioned they have a great line of communication.
