Armando Montelongo, Jr. is an American real estate entrepreneur and public speaker, best known for his role on the A&E reality TV show Flip This House. He is the founder of a national real estate investment seminar company called Armando Montelongo Companies. In 2012, Montelongo established his company headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. Armando continues to invest heavily in real estate while holding seminars in several cities weekly, and personally conducting nine three-day seminars annually. After spending several years in California, he moved back to hometown San Antonio in 2001 and launched his real estate career. By 2005, he’d begun offering seminars on the subject.
